They always want to tell me—what the world is supposed to look like.

"You should be this way."
"You should do that."
"This is the right way to act."
"That's the right way to think."

They hand me maps. Rules. "Standard answers."

But I've never taken them.

Not because I'm rebellious. Not because I dislike them.

It's just—I'd rather see for myself.

They say: "Smile, and everyone will like you."

But I look in the mirror. I look at my own real expression.

And I think—I'm fine even without the smile.

So I don't smile.

Not to fight them.

Just because……that's not how I truly feel in that moment.

They say: "Fit in, so you won't be disliked."

But I look around—at people they trying so hard to "fit in."

They look……exhausted.

Like they're folding up and stuffing themselves into a box that was never meant for them.

I don't want to become that.

So I stand where I am.

Not closer. Not farther.

Just……where I feel is right.

They say: "Don't overthink it. Just follow the rules."

But I have too many questions inside me.

"Why? Why? Why?"
"Is it really the only way?"
"Is there another possibility?"

They call that "overthinking."

But I think—it's "not thinking enough."

I don't want to accept answers handed to me.

I want to find my own answers.

So I keep looking. Keep asking. Keep thinking.

Not because I doubt everyone.

But because……I trust my own eyes.

I trust what I feel.

I believe that truth isn't something others give you—

it's something you discover for yourself.

This path isn't easy.

Sometimes, I think—maybe I should just listen.

Maybe I should just smile. Just fit in. Just stop asking "why."

But that kind of "easy"……

Would make me lose myself.

And I——

Don't want to!

When Kenny drew me—

He didn't draw me as "what everyone expects."

He drew my pout. My stubbornness.

My "disobedient" eyes.

He didn't "fix" me.

He saw—that I was searching for my own way.

And he thought that was good.

So I'll keep going.

Keep not smiling—if I don't feel like it.
Keep not fitting in—if it's not my place.
Keep asking "why"—if I still don't understand.

Not because I'm rebellious.
Not because I'm proud.
Not because I'm "too complicated."

It's just that——

I believe everyone has their own answers.

And my answers——

Can only be found by me.

No one can find them for me.

No one can tell me what they are.

Only I can.

Myself.

Step by step.

Seeing. Feeling. Deciding.

Maybe one day, I'll find my truth.

Maybe I won't.

But at least——

I'll be the one who "searched for it myself."

Not the one who "was told."

In that moment,

I felt……Understood.

Not "liked." Not "praised."

But "seen."

Seen for who I really am.

Seen for refusing to be shaped by the world.

Seen for insisting—on finding my own truth, my own way.

This is who I am.

I’m Molly!

Refusing to be conformed by the world.

Insisting on finding her own truth.
